About The Position

Job DetailsJob Location: Belle Chasse Facility - Belle Chasse, LA 70037Essential Job Duties Load and discharge liquid cargo to and from docks, vessels, trucks, tote tanks, and shore tanks. Perform tankering/bunkering operations. Complete and submit paperwork, including sales tickets, daily reports, and the like in a timely manner. Offload trash and used oil filters from vessels. Update job logs on an ongoing basis. Maintain cleanliness of the facility. Operate a forklift. Maintain equipment. Troubleshoot problems. Track inventory. Repackage inventory. Work without supervision. Use a computer. Adhere to and comply with company and safety policies, United States Coast Guard Regulations, and environmental laws and regulations. Reliable Transportation to and from Work. High School Diploma (or its equivalent). Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Basic Computer Skills. At Least Six Months of Heavy Manual-Labor Work Experience. Work experience as a Dockman, Deckhand, or Tankerman (or similar experience).

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reliable Transportation to and from Work.
  • High School Diploma (or its equivalent).
  • Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • At Least Six Months of Heavy Manual-Labor Work Experience.
  • Work experience as a Dockman, Deckhand, or Tankerman (or similar experience).
