About The Position

As a Dock Hand at ELS in Stuart, Florida, you will be responsible for ensuring marina customers are welcomed and assisted with docking and tie-ups, and that the marina meets established quality standards for all related operations. This role requires enthusiasm for working outdoors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist with various marina-related tasks and ensure a positive and memorable interaction for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the duties that ensure the marina customers are welcomed and assisted with docking and tie ups
• Make sure the marina meets the established quality standards for all related operations
• Assist the Dock Masters and other Dock Hands in marina-related tasks such as securing boats to docks, connecting and monitoring utility services and facility sanitation
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services by expediting any and all requests from vessels including transport of patrons and baggage to and from dockside and delivery of provisions and packages
• Assist with fueling boats, opening and closing of the property
• Providing a positive experience and memorable interaction for customers
