We're expanding our network and looking for DOCK WORKERS to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in an LTL freight environment. Pay Range: 25.00-27.50 per_hour, General Benefits:
Requirements
- Freight: 1 year (Required)
- Load & unload: 1 year (Required)
- RF scanner: 1 year (Required)
- Forklift Certification (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
- Checking loads are secure
- Stacking empty pallets
- Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging batteries and lubricating equipment
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
