About The Position
The position involves properly loading and unloading freight using various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Responsibilities include strapping, bracing, and padding freight to prevent damage, accurately recording the condition of freight upon arrival, and performing pre-shift and post-shift inspections of dock equipment. Regular attendance is required, and the job may involve performing additional duties as assigned based on operational and safety needs.
