Responsibilities

• Complete various processes including preparing barges for cleaning and maintaining dock areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new Dock Workers.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and employ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute plans according to the work schedule and maintain dock equipment.
• Communicate with team members regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Recognize safety and environmental hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize computer systems for data input and record-keeping related to safety and equipment operation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and exhibit regular attendance.
