About The Position
We are looking for a Dock Manager to come join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for the Dock, Drivers and Check-in Department. This role requires excellent organizational skills that ensure our team members are providing the very best customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience with loading docks, scheduling pick up/drop offs, and warehouse operations
- understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment
- knowledge of basic operations, including security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, and maintenance
- some experience managing drivers and warehouse employees
- knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
- demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and support team members
