About The Position

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assign direction to LTO’s (including doors, paperwork, break schedule, etc.) Coordinate the stack off requirements as needed to support continuous converting line operations Contain any quality hold product Ensure that all work areas are kept clean Complete all paperwork for loading/unloading/SHARP audits Conduct Safety Observations each shift Open/close all dock doors and ensure the load is properly secured REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must demonstrate knowledge of inventory and damage control processes Excellent respectful communication along with good organizational skills Demonstrated adherence to all policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform duties efficiently and accurately unsupervised Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse personalities Demonstrated excellent customer service skills modeling professional behavior QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year of warehouse experience Minimum two years of operating a lift truck PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for extended periods through hot and cold temperatures Ability to repetitively twist or turn to drive in reverse, stand, climb, kneel, stoop and squat, as needed Ability to turn steering wheel on lift truck requiring full rotation of arms and shoulders Must be willing and able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, and slide, push, or pull cases up to 50 pounds Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company
