About The Position
We’re looking for Dock Hands to join our team at The Cove Marina! As a Dock Hand, you'll play a vital role in supporting boaters and maintaining the marina's overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You'll be hands-on, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers while working in a dynamic, outdoor setting.
Responsibilities
- Keep the docks clean, safe, and fully operational
- Assist boat owners with docking and undocking
- Secure boats safely to the docks
- Coordinate the arrival and departure of boats smoothly
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly, professional attitude
- Dispense fuel to boats as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the marina facilities
- Assist with general building and grounds upkeep
