To provide courteous and efficient service to all guests utilizing Marina and Marina equipment, to maximize guest satisfaction and Marina revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Handle all cash and charge sales made through the fuel dock. 2. Check out/in all rental boats. 3. Report supply levels on guest supplies for rental boats and fuel dock to Marina Manager. 4. Record fuel pump readings. 5. Maintain all areas of Marina with a high level of sanitation, (including: all dock areas, rental boats, beach area, etc.) 6. Report all accidents to Marina Manager. 7. Alert Marina Manager of potential hazard issues and prevent accidents whenever possible. 8. Report all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to the Marina Manager. 9. Assist guest with the highest level of professionalism possible. 10. Will perform other duties as required.
