Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or dock experience desirable.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product counts and condition against shipping and receiving documents.
- Stage products in designated areas for selection or shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain dock cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
