The Vermont Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office in Brattleboro is looking for a Community District Manager, who oversees all operations, including the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff. You'll also manage offender programs related to work, education, and housing in the designated area. Community District Managers act as a liaison to correctional facilities, criminal justice partners, local officials, service providers, non-profits, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with Department policies and state statutes. You will also have to travel to statewide meetings and perform after-hours duties, including being on call and attending community or public meetings as required. May perform related duties across multiple locations as needed.
