About The Position

EDC Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of SAP Change Management Lead, Cloud/SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead, Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, SAP Data Migration Specialist, and SAP Retail Solution Architect. The successful candidate will design training programs for over 14,000 employees on SAP Retail workflows, address resistance to automation in production planning, and coordinate strategies for legacy system decommissioning. The role also involves managing cloud migration of SAP Retail to approved environments, configuring SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of recent hands-on experience with the required skills and duties in US Federal Government DoD systems. A BS/BA STEM degree or related field is required, and candidates must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design training programs for 14,000+ employees on SAP Retail workflows.
• Address resistance to automation in deli-bakery production planning and meat cutting tests.
• Coordinate OCM strategies for legacy system decommissioning.
• Track adoption metrics for SAP Retail’s AI-driven pricing and demand forecasting tools.
• Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG standards for user interfaces.
• Manage cloud migration of SAP Retail to DoD-approved hybrid/SaaS environments.
• Configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for real-time reporting on sales, inventory, and financial metrics.
• Implement DevSecOps pipelines for CI/CD of SAP Fiori apps and AI/ML models.
• Troubleshoot integration with existing hardware.
• Ensure data encryption, tokenization, and audit trails for compliance.
• Validate SAP Retail’s alignment with DoD RMF controls and NIST SP 800-171.
• Monitor SAP CAR and POS systems for vulnerabilities in payment processing.
• Conduct penetration testing on SAP Fiori apps and eCommerce.
• Manage PII protections for loyalty program data under Privacy Act.
• Document ATO packages for Authorizing Official.
• Cleanse and standardize legacy data into SAP Retail MDM.
• Validate foreign currency transactions for SAP FI/CO integration.
• Develop automated workflows for real-time inventory synchronization.
• Document data lineage for audit compliance.
• Lead end-to-end design of SAP Retail solutions.
• Ensure integration with SAP Logistics and Financials.
• Oversee compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate technical feasibility of prototypes.
