As an essential part of RAINN's Victim Services management team, the Safe Helpline Shift Manager plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and effective support to Safe Helpline users. In this position, you will lead and support a dedicated team, providing supervision and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care.
