Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in nursing Two years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner ( AGNP , FNP , PMHNP , NNP , or PNP ) Highly developed written and oral communication skills Current unencumbered RN and APRN licenses in Minnesota Current NP Certification Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in nursing (PhD or DNP )
