Job Title DNA PS Implementation Support Advisor About your role: As a DNA PS Implementation Support Advisor, you will support client conversions, post-live professional services engagements, in-house to data center moves, and core DNA merger activities. You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and external partners to resolve issues, guide implementation activities, and improve delivery processes. Your work helps ensure quality execution, timely outcomes, and a consistent client experience across the DNA product suite and related surround platforms. What you'll do: Identify, research, and analyze business and system requirements to support client conversions, post-live engagements, and implementation-related activities. Partner with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to define issues, clarify requirements, and drive timely resolution of implementation and support needs. Lead ticket management and incident management activities, including troubleshooting, issue escalation, and resolution tracking across the DNA environment. Serve as a subject matter expert for DNA implementation support, guiding systems-related activities and ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines. Review current processes and recommend improvements that strengthen delivery quality, process standardization, and client satisfaction. Coordinate testing completion, user documentation, and learning support to help ensure readiness for implementation and post-live activities. Provide client-facing guidance and consultative support for projects requiring implementation knowledge, operational expertise, and process insight. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in financial services, banking technology, or core banking implementations supporting client delivery, issue resolution, and operational processes.
  • 6+ years of experience working with the DNA Core Processing System, including implementation support, configuration, conversions, mergers, or post-live support activities.
  • 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, ticket management, and incident management within a client-facing technology or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate business and technical information clearly to executive, operational, and technical stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver solutions, manage dependencies, and meet contractual timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience supporting core banking conversions.
  • Experience with DNA operational processing, DNA back-office processing, or DNA product functionality.
  • Experience supporting downstream surround platforms related to DNA.
