Our collectors play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of DNA collections that support legal, medical, and personal answers for families across Mississippi. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• No experience necessary; training provided
• 1 -2 years of customer service or medical/lab experience is a plus
• Comfortable handling biological specimens
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Must be detail -oriented, reliable, and self -directed
• Must pass a background check and complete onboarding paperwork

Nice To Haves

• 1 -2 years of customer service or medical/lab experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel to collection sites, client homes, or designated testing locations (mobile -based service)
• Accurately verify participant identity and ensure proper chain of custody protocols
• Collect and label buccal swab specimens for DNA testing (training provided)
• Maintain specimen integrity, packaging, and timely shipment to partner laboratories
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and test participants
• Maintain detailed records of collections and complete digital/physical paperwork
• Follow HIPAA regulations and EZ Mobile DNA’s confidentiality standards
• Represent the brand in uniform with professionalism and discretion
