About The Position
This DMV Customer Service Representative position is located at the Waukesha Area Customer Service Center and provides face-to-face customer support on driver licensing and vehicle registration. This includes issuing driver's licenses, ID cards, instruction permits, motor vehicle registrations, vehicle titles, and license plates. This position determines and collects appropriate fees from customers. This position also works with customers who need to obtain an ID for voting purposes. In addition to in-person work, this position does some online processing of other types of work and may field questions from the public over the phone.
