About The Position

The DMS Warehouse Clerk is responsible for utilizing an automated shuttle system and warehouse management system to fulfill parts orders and kit boxes in a safe, efficient, accurate, and damage-free manner. This role involves verifying part numbers and quantities, handling parts safely, and completing electronic transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as a forklift and a computer.
• Strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills.
• Ability to work in a dry warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and completing required training for its use.
• Safely operating Dematic equipment in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Verifying part mark stamp and quantity of parts.
• Verifying item numbers, case counts, and code dates; removing damaged products from totes and documenting them.
• Electronically processing transactions in WMS and staging on designated cart/rack.
• Packaging parts following Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements.
• Adhering to 5S requirements within personal work area and area of responsibility.
• Picking products utilizing the automated shuttle system on designated inbound or outbound lanes.
• Lifting, pulling, pushing, and manipulating products to stage for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Adhering to all safety guidance and principles.
