What You’ll Do: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales of Cox Automotive Dealer Management System (DMS) solutions to franchise automotive dealerships across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This role focuses on generating new revenue, expanding existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership by aligning DMS solutions with operational and financial goals. The position is remote with extensive travel (70%+) within the assigned territory and requires strong consultative selling, relationship management, and automotive retail expertise.
