Health Essentials is the areas provider for home medical equipment and services. Inside Health Essentials is a retail scrub shop providing scrubs, lab coats, shoes and medical equipment. The position involves scheduling, maintaining, repairing, cleaning, delivering, and instructing patients and caregivers on products and services offered. The role requires excellent customer service and promoting the services and products of Health Essentials to customers and families. The employee will work with physicians or physician staff to provide needed services and products for customers, assess customer homes or places of delivery to ensure safe use of equipment, assist in ordering and receiving inventory, maintain company vehicles and warehouse, and participate in on-call duties as needed.
