DMC Coordinator (Discipline Management Class) 2025-2026, Middle/High School (Fall Vacancies) QUALIFICATIONS: Proof of high school graduation or GED equivalent required; degree preferred. Classroom instructional experience at secondary level. Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively. Effective oral communication skills. Ability to work with diverse students and staff. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 187 Days SALARY/PAY GRADE: $33,172/IP-7 as approved by the Board of Trustees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise operation of quiet study area and maintain appropriate discipline, as well as facilitate the collection and dispersion of classroom assignments. Collect appropriate academic and behavioral data and maintain records on all DMC students during assigned days. Consult with teachers, counselors, administrators, parents and psychologist regarding DMC student’s behavioral adjustment (in both special and regular education). Attend staff and professional meetings as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal or Principal. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function. WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing.
