About The Position
The position involves measuring, improving, and monitoring key warranty parameters such as Repairs per Hundred (RPH) and Warranty Cost per Tractor (CPT). The role requires analysis of field complaints, emerging issues, dealer concerns, and stockyard feedback to identify causes and implement solutions swiftly. The candidate will work as a team leader or cross-functional team member in warranty project processes, collaborating with various departments including customer care, design, manufacturing, and supply chain. The job also entails systematic problem-solving using advanced quality tools, conducting field and dealer visits for onsite analysis, and coordinating with other functions for faster solution implementation. Data analysis and failed return part analysis are crucial for predicting upcoming issues, and the candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical parameter lists for warranty projects through audits. Leveraging IT for online data management and facilitating the implementation of warranty projects in plants are also key responsibilities. The role supports new product development by participating in DFMEA, quality target settings, and providing feedback on manufacturing processes.
