Position Overview: RTX is seeking a Directory Management Life Cycle Specialist to join our Directory Management Operations Life Cycle team. This role will work with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the management of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, non-standard change implementations and participating in program / project calls.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
• Experience supporting large, multi-forest Active Directory environments

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Active Directory governance and directory management tools, ensuring a secure, stable, and compliant identity platform.
• Support core operational processes for Active Directory, including promoting and demoting domain controllers, maintaining Sites and Services, performing routine health checks, and applying patches and upgrades to directory management systems.
• Review and update technical and operational documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective knowledge sharing.
• Participate in production support for Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents, assisting with troubleshooting, remediation, and service restoration in collaboration with senior team members.
