We are searching for a Culinary Lead of DMC to elevate the culinary experience and team for Durango Mountain Club, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain quality and portion control in all phases of food preparation. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and training for the kitchen staff and ensure the guest receives a quality product quickly and within cost of sale percentages. This is a seasonal position. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. This role comes with a free season pass for you and your dependents.
