About The Position

The Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The position requires employees to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Essential functions include showing up for work on time and prepared for each scheduled workday, performing all assigned tasks and processes, and maintaining a positive and supportive attitude while collaborating with team members. The role involves the collection of blood and urine specimens from an oncology patient population, pulling patient orders from the EPIC system, and accessioning patient information and tests into the Cerner system. Additionally, employees will process all types of specimens collected and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

• Pull patient orders from the EPIC system and accession patient information and tests into the Cerner system.
• Process all types of specimens collected.
• Communicate effectively and politely with internal and external customers.
