About The Position

DL Training Industrial Engineer (DL Training IE) Department: Industrial Engineering Job Summary: The DL Training IE is responsible for managing the Direct Labor (DL) training system to ensure production staff are properly skilled, compliant, and audit-ready. This role oversees DL skill cards, skill matrix management, retraining schedules, and supports customer audits related to training compliance.

Requirements

• Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
• 0–3 years in industrial engineering or training coordination within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with training systems and compliance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print and maintain DL Skill Cards for all production staff.
• Track DL retraining sessions and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in responding to customer audits regarding IE training compliance.
• Manage and update the DL Skill Matrix for accurate coverage planning.
