The Role We are seeking a dynamic Divisional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of outside sales representatives across 10 states. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, setting clear expectations, coaching sales professionals, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies across markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a large, multi-state sales team (residential services or related industry required)
  • Strong background in outside sales management, including training, coaching, and KPI management.
  • Ability to motivate and develop both new and experienced sales professionals.
  • Skilled at presenting, running structured sales meetings, and creating alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team of outside and inside sales reps across multiple states.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives to ensure team growth and alignment with company standards.
  • Define, implement, and track KPIs to measure individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen skills and reinforce best practices.
  • Provide continual coaching and development, including shadowing reps and offering real-time feedback.
  • Assist with second-party closes to support reps in securing key deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, processes, and market approaches.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Drive accountability while fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Travel regularly to support and engage with field teams across the region.
