Divisional Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel RN position. This Divisional Registered Nurse will support our Shooting Stars Division in South Carolina providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. This full-time position requires availability during the day, with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and could be in any of the following offices and their service areas: Columbia Visits (Richland and Lexington counties) Greenville Visits (Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg and Pickens counties) Rock Hill Visits (Lancaster, York and Chester counties) Up to $91,000 annual pay, depending upon qualifications. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Home health visits and OASIS experience also required. Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Experience with OASIS and Medicare home health visits required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
