About The Position

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a full-time Pipeline/Processing Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily flow and performance of loan files through the processing pipeline. This role ensures timely progression toward closing while maintaining compliance, operational efficiency, and team coordination. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, the Pipeline/Processing Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage processing of all product types offered including, but not limited to, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA loans
  • Strong client service focus.

  • Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the Processing team and the Closing department to ensure timely updates and seamless handoffs. Communicate updates and escalate issues to ensure files stay on track for commitment and closing.
  • Pipeline Oversight & Resource Allocation: Manage and balance loan assignments across processors and assist with redistributing overflow to maintain productivity. Provide coverage and coordinate resources for team members during PTO or leaves of absence.
  • Process Management & Escalations: Oversee file scenarios and escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution within defined time limits to maintain pipeline momentum. Monitor and manage lock expirations to reduce risk and ensure pricing accuracy. Ensure timely delivery of Closing Disclosures (CDs). Track loan files 5–10 days out from commitment/closing to proactively manage deadlines. Monitor and enforce commitment and closing date targets to maintain operational discipline.
  • Special Program Management: Oversee all portal activity and ensure smooth processes for Bond, Broker, and Non-QM loans.
  • Administrative Duties: Submit and track bonus payments for eligible employees in Paycom twice monthly. Act as the point of contact for post-closing follow-up and coordination with appropriate departments.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Provide soft-skills coaching, performance improvement guidance, and support for team development. Lead training initiatives and support change management activities to align with company goals. Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
