About The Position

This position is primarily to ensure Facility Services Leadership and department associates are provided with information and statistical analysis on maintenance and equipment specific data. Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service field Or 1 year experience in a Maintenance specific customer service position
  • Intermediate knowledge of Access, Excel, Outlook and Word to perform core functionalities
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Basic knowledge of Sharepoint and Landmark
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to reason, make sound decisions and comply with rules and policies
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have good punctuality and attendance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating Bid and Quote documents from service suppliers for Maintenance Coordinators, Supervisors, Assistant Managers and Managers
  • Responsible for the administrative coordination and completion of the SAVE Evaluation process
  • Responsible for managing Scheduled Maintenance and contract line maintenance as needed to ensure our retail locations are appropriately maintained by external service suppliers
  • Responsible for providing analysis, data, documentation, tracking, scheduling and other administrative support to Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Supervisor, and Equipment Supervisors
  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and tracking of lighting program to maintain store lighting service
  • Responsible for coordinating cross departmental work requests
  • Responsible for performing clerical duties as required to support the FS department as department business needs require
  • Responsible for the travel coordination for Maintenance associates
