As a Divisional Finance Manager, you will oversee accounting and financial reporting, managing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting tasks in accordance with GAAP and internal policies while maintaining effective internal controls. In this role, you will be responsible for all cash and bank account activities for Cleveland Clinic, including booking and reconciling patient co-pays in collaboration with Treasury and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure a positive patient experience. Additionally, you will coordinate with Corporate Accounting on non-patient-related incoming funds, such as rebates and miscellaneous revenue. This role provides broad exposure to the Clinic’s operations by working closely with multiple departments, locations, and institutes to support overall cash management and financial integrity. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. During the onboarding process, there may be some in-person meetings at CCAC, (Beachwood, Ohio)or West Creek in (Independence, Ohio.) Additionally, in-person meetings may be requested occasionally based on work in Corporate Accounting or collaboration with other departments.
