Divisional Director of Operations

About the position

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Divisional Director of Operations! The DDO is the operations leader who drives the culture and performance of division of Branches within Bickford's portfolio. This position works closely with Directors of their Branches to ensure excellent resident care, engagement, optimal sales results, and financial performance. This position offers a full suite of benefits options that vary based on employment status.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all supervision and performance of Branch leaders within the assigned Division.
• Acts as a hands-on leader who supervises, directs, and motivates Branch staff.
• Attracts, retains, and develops top talent within the Branch.
• Responsible for recruiting and hiring high-quality and engaged staff.
• Responsible for maintaining positive resident relations.
• Drives sales in collaboration with the Branch Sales Leader.
• Ensures buildings, grounds, and property are in good order.
• Enforces current Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven reputation for management and leadership excellence with multi-site management and healthcare experience.
• Successful demonstration of strong marketing and sales skills with a deep understanding of the local market.
• Proven ability to build relationships within the community.
• Senior Living experience along with knowledge of state-specific assisted living regulations.
• Strong understanding of budgets, general business, and financial skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
