We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Home Health Marketing Director to lead business development, sales strategy, and referral growth across assigned markets. This leadership role is responsible for expanding home health census, strengthening referral networks, and developing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in healthcare sales leadership, post-acute care marketing, and relationship-driven growth within home health settings. Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare sales leadership experience (Home Health Required)
  • Experience in post-acute care marketing and home health census growth strategy
  • 5+ years of healthcare business development experience with demonstrated census growth success
  • Experience in multi-site or regional healthcare sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of hospice, home health, long-term care, and acute care referral networks
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed admissions, census, and revenue targets
  • Experience leading sales teams, training programs, and performance management initiatives
  • Strong background in relationship management, strategic planning, and market expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of home health sales and marketing strategy to achieve census and revenue goals
  • Drive business development and referral pipeline growth across hospitals, physicians, SNFs (affiliated and non-affiliated), and community partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with acute care providers, post-acute facilities, and referral sources
  • Analyze market trends, census data, and competitive landscape to identify census growth opportunities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage business development and sales teams to optimize performance and meet specific BDS sales goals
  • Collaborate with operations, intake, and scheduling to optimize admissions per day to reach specific goals
  • Oversee CRM utilization, lead tracking, and pipeline management to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with clinical and operational leadership to align growth strategy with patient care delivery
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community engagement strategies
  • Evaluate and enhance marketing materials, digital presence, and advertising effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing field engagement and referral source visits to identify new patient opportunities
