About The Position

The Divisional Controller at Regal Ware, Inc. is responsible for managing all accounting operations within the division, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, and preparing financial statements and operational reports. This role involves collaboration across the organization to achieve divisional and corporate objectives, leading the preparation of annual plans and budgets, and providing insights into business performance through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 10 years of accounting experience and broad knowledge of major computer systems.
• International financial reporting and tax experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the division.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Company policies by maintaining proper controls, reconciling general ledger accounts, and monitoring data integrity.
• Ensure Divisional Financial Health by working across organization boundaries to achieve divisional and corporate objectives.
• Lead preparation of divisional annual plans/budgets including functional project plans, functional budgets, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow.
• Collaborate with functional managers to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively identify and lead analysis of operational and financial data to provide insights into business performance and drive consistency in performance across plants and functions.
• Develop and align Divisional KPIs for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Act as a financial liaison between internal and external partners.
