Divisional Coder III - Remote

The role involves assigning codes to hospital inpatient accounts using the 3M Encoder and Dolbey Computer Assisted Coding programs. The position requires collaboration with Case Management, the Billing Office, Coding Manager, Clinical Documentation Improvement specialists, and the coding team to code and release accounts for the Multi-State Division. Daily tasks include resolving chart correction issues and ensuring the Coding Department meets discharge and DNFC goals. Employees may also assist in training other team members on inpatient coding as necessary.
