About The Position
The Division Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic leadership and tactical management to the human resource function for the Access Systems Division. Through direct efforts as well as through a distributed HR team this position will provide strategic direction in employee relations, communications, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management and safety awareness & compliance. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and dotted line to the Access System Division President. This position supervises a Human Resource team within the Access System Division. This position is located in the Corporate Offices / Division Offices in Lewisville, TX (DFW).
