About The Position
The Division Vice President for Sims-Lohman is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the management and performance of multiple regions, specifically in the Central and Northwest Regions, including Cincinnati, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance safety, scheduling, and cost management to improve profitability and strengthen organizational capabilities. The Division VP will lead a team that includes General Managers and Business Development Managers, while also indirectly overseeing sales and operations teams.
