B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Division Project Controls, Quality, and Training Manager to be based out of either our Vernal or North Salt Lake office. This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with regular travel for site visits required , occasionally at a moment's notice. This position serves as a critical link between divisional operations and corporate leadership by integrating project controls, quality management, and training strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Significant experience using quality tools and programs including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, Quality System Audits, Quality Planning, LEAN, and FMEA. Essential Duties The Division Project Controls, Quality, and Training Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and tactical execution of divisional performance standards. This role bridges the gap between field execution and corporate requirements by ensuring that project controls are functioning correctly, quality standards are being met, and the workforce is trained and ready to meet project demands. Assist the Vice President and Training Director in the development of training strategies to close competency gaps. Maintain and report on training metrics as required by the Vice President and the Training Department to provide a clear picture of the division's training readiness. Drive Project Controls functions to enable visibility to critical project parameters, effective reviews to ensure project profitability and process compliance, and risk management. Ensure data gathering, management, and analytical processes used to predict, understand, and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of a project are in place and functioning. Work with all project leaders and the Director of Project Controls in the implementation and continuous improvement of project controls and divisional quality programs. Own the implementation and effectiveness of the divisional quality management system and manual, ensuring contractual customer requirements are met. Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor divisional quality and operational risks. Establish and maintain a divisional continuous improvement program, promoting the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle.
