About The Position
The position is accountable for an operation within a Division to achieve results identified by the Corporation's WIN Strategy and Division/Business unit Strategy Deployment goals. The role involves leading a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. The individual will provide leadership for operation employees and coordinate cross-functional activities across the division.
