UMass Memorial Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology, APP Service Line Manager UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center (CMC) is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) service line manager of our neonatology division to join our team of healthcare professionals and contribute to our overall mission to serve the needs of diverse families in Central Massachusetts through team collaboration. Our UMass Division of Neonatology provides care to patients within our level III 49-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs and 2 community level 2 special care nurseries. Our collaborative work force is comprised of advanced practice providers, pediatric residents, neonatal perinatal fellows, newborn hospitalists and other multi-disciplinary team members (respiratory therapy, child life, dietary, occupational and physical therapy). Our APP group is comprised of approximately 10-15 individuals with a range of experience levels that are well integrated into our clinical and academic priorities of our Division of Neonatology. We aim to recruit a full-time (40 hours per week) APP service line manager that is dedicated to multi-disciplinary collaboration, teamwork, strengthening career development of APPs, medical education of trainees of all types, and implementation of standardized clinical practice and family centered care.
