About The Position

Quantum Services is seeking a Division Manager to lead a small team, organize them, and ensure efficient service to clients. The role involves helping retail businesses operate more effectively by accurately counting inventory in various convenience store environments (stockroom, walk-in coolers/freezers, front of store, etc.). The ideal candidate is excited about developing a Rockstar team, excelling at routine tasks, and working in different environments every day. This position requires an accurate inventory counter with the ability to supervise and support a team, and who can adapt to client needs. Requirements

• Be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Perform physical aspects of the position including: Squatting, Kneeling, Standing on small ladders, Working in coolers and freezers
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must have a personal car to use for work, at least through training

Responsibilities

• Work with your team members or on your own to EFFECTIVELY and ACCURATELY count all items in a convenience store (stockroom, walk-in coolers/freezers, front of store, etc)
• Effectively communicate with Store Managers on different audits
• Develop a schedule with our clients for your area and your team
• Provide excellent service to each of our clients and their contacts
• Provide support and ongoing training and communication with your team
• Assist in other company projects
