Requirements

  • 7+ years in residential repair, handyman services, or light remodeling
  • Experience leading jobs or people (foreman, lead tech, etc.)
  • Comfortable meeting with homeowners and selling work
  • Organized and understands job costing and profitability
  • Driven by growth, leadership, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and close work
  • Build and manage weekly schedules to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure every job meets quality and customer experience standards
  • Solve problems quickly and take ownership of outcomes
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and growth for your division
