The Division Manager - Civil will be responsible for overseeing bid procurement, project schedules, quality assurance, personnel management, safety adherence, and project close-out delivery for awarded construction projects. The selected individual will be expected to maintain a working knowledge of vendor contracts, customer contracts, and customer expectations related to civil construction projects. Additionally the candidate will assist with client expansion, diversification, and management initiatives. A major component of the selected individual’s role includes managing internal and external resources including subcontractor and material supplier resources, oversight of field personnel with a key focus on development and diversification of field skillsets, enhancing field efficiency, and building a team culture to effectively coordinate and manage project schedules, meet benchmark goals, and compile project close-outs to ensure client satisfaction, project continuity, and the timely delivery of services.
