About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies within a complex organization.
  • Experience advising senior executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and front-line workplaces preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative communication strategies and activation activities aligned with business objectives, culture, and transformation priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding internal messaging during change, crisis, and key initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of people and change communication plans.
  • Translate complex business strategies into clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse internal audiences.
  • Partner with People Operations and Optimization on multimedia content development.
  • Drive storytelling to connect strategies, initiatives, and campaigns across the division.
  • Ensure message consistency and alignment across divisions and departments.
  • Foster two-way communication by enabling feedback loops and facilitating dialogue.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop communication advisors.
  • Monitor and measure communication efforts based on best practices.
