The IT Manager is responsible for setting vision and direction, enabling the Seats & Motion Division to achieve strategic technology and business objectives using the 80/20 IT Framework. The IT Manager makes decisions concerning strategic initiatives through a demonstrated ability to use broad-based business information and knowledge. The IT Manager ensures all activities related to Information Technology are coordinated, effective, and secure through proper oversight and guidance. The IT Manager's role is to provide the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the organization's business objectives. The IT Manager will work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to use knowledge and technology to improve business processes, promote the appropriate strategic use of information, and enable the workforce to use data and technology safely and securely. The IT Manager is responsible for leading the Seats & Motion’s technology strategy, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, and driving major system initiatives—most critically, the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Seats & Motion’s ERP system. This role ensures that IT solutions align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and support future organizational growth. The IT Manager must be a driven, self-starter with excellent leadership and project management skills.
