About The Position
The Division Leader for Concurrent Real-Time (CCRT) at Hottinger, Bruel & Kjaer is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the vision and managing the profit and loss (P&L) for the CCRT business. This position is integral to the Virtual Test division, which focuses on real-time simulation software, simulators, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems. The leader will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that encompasses budget management, forecasting, operations, channel management, product development, partnerships, and acquisitions. The goal is to grow the Virtual Test business profitably through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions, aligning with the commitments outlined in the Strategy Review 2022. As part of the executive management team, the Division Leader will engage with business unit leadership to ensure effective governance and management practices are in place. This role requires fostering a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring strong internal relationships, and maintaining a consistent operational rhythm. The leader will also be responsible for evaluating competition and market opportunities, developing product and technology roadmaps, and implementing a robust channel strategy that includes building and managing a sales and marketing team. Additionally, the Division Leader will oversee product line performance and profitability, support the M&A team in identifying and integrating suitable acquisition targets, and develop key partnerships to enhance the business's technological capabilities. This high-visibility role demands strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the global simulation software marketplace.
