About The Position
Champion/support Kroger Health strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders to consistently execute company plans. Drive plan execution by coaching/mentoring associates to deliver on strategic targets. Coordinate overall efforts to drive sales and reduce costs (e.g., labor, expense, shrink) for Kroger Health locations. Collaborate with corporate Kroger Health team on key initiatives and oversee execution of these initiatives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
