About The Position

The Division Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis to support the Division Ops team in assessing financial and operational performance. This role includes feasibility modeling, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, historical cost and budget analysis, and expense performance comparisons.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)
• Certified Public Accounting License (active or inactive) preferred
• Minimum 3 years public and/or corporate accounting experience
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reports
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
• Consolidates budget submissions from various departments and perform budget analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of our vendors and trades
• Perform month-end responsibilities, not limited to journal entries and reconciliations
• Reviews overhead performance and develops benchmarks to monitor performance
• Prepares reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to variance reports and operational metrics
