About The Position

Work collaboratively with division executives, Merchandising, Operations, KOMPASS, Facility Engineering, eCommerce and CAO/Process Improvement managers to execute Merchandising and Operations initiatives within remodels and resets, with a focus on limiting overall disruption to the customer shopping experience and associates. Ensure that remodels and resets are being executed with the guidance from the Store Remodel Best Practice playbook. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with division executives, Merchandising, Operations, KOMPASS, Facility Engineering, eCommerce and CAO/Process Improvement managers to execute Merchandising and Operations initiatives within remodels and resets
• Focus on limiting overall disruption to the customer shopping experience and associates.
• Ensure that remodels and resets are being executed with the guidance from the Store Remodel Best Practice playbook.
