About The Position

Associa is currently looking for a Division Director to join our team.The Division Director is responsible foradministrative operations and supervision of a branch to include training,supervisingand evaluating staff and office operations. TheDivision Director participatesin departmental committees andmanagedifferent structures, and, thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary. What do we offer? Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Required
7 - 10years ofdirectly relatedor closely related experience
5 - 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Experience in Community Management, customer service,hospitalityor other related industry
Proficiencyin typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting
Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

Providing oversightingeneral operations of the branch.
Monitoring performance of staff and office operations.
Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at branch level.
Assistingwith management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
Other duties as assigned.
